Lucky....

Guess what?! I finally met the hamster! His name is Lucky and he is a golden long-haired hamster. His whiskers were very ticklish! I loved him a lot. Bye!

Wag, Wag, Wag.

Did you know that I come with a built-in toy?! It's like sucking your thumb: it's always available. Watch me as I try to catch it!

Happy Birthday!

Hey! Guess what?! My girl turned 12! I am so proud of her. I liked the flowers that the family gave her so much, so I got my picture taken of me with them. There's her cake too. They wouldn't let me have any though. See you soon!

Iceland and Denmark

Me and the northern lights in Iceland
Sorry that I have not blogged in the past few days, but I have had a lot of firsts in my life! I had my first TV dinner tray (to lick of course), my first apple peel, and my first big snow. The snow was my favourite part though! Well, maybe the TV dinner tray........or the apple peel......hmmm..... Anyway, in Geography this week we learned about Iceland and Denmark. Have you ever been to either of those places? Well, it was very cold, so I recommend that if you visit those places you should wear a really thick winter coat. The northern lights in Iceland were really great, and Lego land in Denmark was so cool! Did you know about Denmark: bicycles are so popular that there are free bicycles on the street in Denmark? And that Lego was invented here? What about Iceland? Did you know that about 10 million puffins live in Iceland? Isn't that a lot of puffins?! I hope you come to learn more in Geography with me!

Busy, Busy, Busy

Hi again!

Sorry it's been so long, but my people and I have been very busy! My people visited the Ontario Science Center with their homeschool group, taken sewing lessons, and still had to study. I'm sure glad I only have to learn some manners and a few commands!

I have now also met both sets of grandparents, as well as some of my people's friends. The pictures below show how I spend my time during the day:  sleeping (not very entertaining I know), playing with my toys, and laying around on pillows listening to homeschool lessons.

I'm so cute!                                                              I'm a true pillow dog!

I love to sleep.

Yummy Food

This is a video clip of me while I'm eating my food. Yummy!

Vet's Visit

Today, I went to the vet's office for the first time since arriving in my new home. Let me tell you how it went: I was a good girl and let the vet trim my nails. The vet was nice, and I got to eat some tasty treats! I hope they are as nice to me the next time I go there. Until tomorrow.

New Arrival

Hi! Welcome to my blog!

My name is Tina, and these are my homeschooling adventures! I am a Cogal, a Cocker Spaniel Golden Retriever mix, 11 weeks old, and I am 8lbs right now. I am a little girl now, but I can still climb the stairs all by my self! Today we learned 10 ways to glorify God and about blood in Science. Some of the ways to glorify God are by being an obedient puppy and not whining about anything! We will learn the countries of the world in Geography, what happened in History, how to add and subtract mixed numbers in Math, and learn about our bodies in Science! I can't wait for you to learn along with me every day!
